Born in Belgium and raised in Spain, Mexico, Brazil, London, and the U.S., Laura Dove developed a sophisticated love for the food and culture of her homelands that translated into a deep passion for the hospitality industry at a very young age:

Highly educated, her curriculum includes Johnson & Wales University for Business Management, Le Cordon Bleu for Pastry Arts, International Sommelier Guild for Wine Studies as well as Christies, the famed auction house for Rare and Fine wines. As part of her education, she travelled the world, working in vineyards and restaurants, learning from some of the industry's greatest talent.
After working and studying in the industry for 15 years, Laura launched Dove Creative Concepts to share her expertise with investors looking to launch their own properties. Since then Laura has worked with many of the world's top hotels and restaurants in London, Boston, Sydney, Miami, San Diego and New York. Her international experience is a particularly invaluable asset in helping clients form their concept and restaurant identity. Laura's years of experience, international flair, passion for the details, and willingness to roll up her sleeves and get dirty has clients around the world coming back for more.
